CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

- It has been sealed with a protective top coat. Every one of my custom pieces are sealed with a sealer that locks in colors and protects against wear and tear, but there is no guarantee that the paint won't scratch if poorly treated. Handle your painting with utmost care and respect, and you shouldn't have any issues.

- If needed it can be cleared with a lightly damped soft cloth with lukewarm water and hung to dry.

- This painting is created in a smoke free and pet free well ventilated environment.

 

IN PERSON PICK UP:

- You can pick it up at my uncle's business Superior Towing 1800 13th Ave, Altoona, PA 16601. Tell me what time is convenient for you and I will meet you there during normal business hours. This is a safe public meeting place.

1. I will mail your painting within 2 business days after the full payment has been confirmed.

 

2. It's easy to track the package for free with the tracking number on this website: 17track.net The tracking number will be emailed to you immediately after I receive the number from the post office by mailing your package.

 

3. The delivery time is depended on the post office. If you wait more than 30 days, please feel free to contact me, and I will solve the problem with you.

 

Buyers out side of the U.S. are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Motley Muse is not responsible for delays due to customs and the post office.

 

4. Your package is shipped to the address provided on the receipt of your order. Please double check that it's the correct address.

 

My custom paintings are made to order and take 1 week in production. Please plan accordingly.

When shipped all of my paintings are gift wrapped and ready to be gifted, free of charge. Special gift notes can be included in your order, just leave me a note at checkout. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the painting is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. You will also be responsible for a $15 restocking fee.

 

Each piece is handmade by me. Slight imperfections are part of the unique detail and character of the piece. Nothing is the same in nature, therefore, each piece will slightly differ but will be absolutely beautiful. For example, I am painting each painting by hand. I am not a large factory using $100,000 machines that make everything perfect. This is what makes hand painted items unique.

 

If you have any problems with your order please contact me within 3 days of delivery, ship items back within 14 days, or cancel before the item has shipped. All returns are a case-by-case basis.
