🍷 Ingredients
- 750ml bottle red wine (Rioja or Garnacha recommended)
- ¼ cup brandy or orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec)
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 orange, sliced into rounds
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
- 1 lime, sliced into rounds
- 1 apple, cored and diced
- ½ cup mixed berries (optional)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Ice for serving

1In a large pitcher, combine red wine, brandy or liqueur, orange juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.

2Add sliced oranges, lemons, limes, diced apple, berries, and cinnamon stick.

3Refrigerate for at least 2 hours — ideally overnight — to let the flavors meld beautifully.

4Just before serving, stir in sparkling water. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh fruit. ¡Salud!
