🍓 Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and completely dried
- 8 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped or chips
- Optional: 4 oz white chocolate for drizzling
- Optional toppings: crushed nuts, sprinkles, shredded coconut

1Wash strawberries and pat completely dry with paper towels. Any moisture will cause the chocolate to seize. Leave stems on for easy dipping.

2Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Or melt in a double boiler over simmering water.

3Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip about two-thirds of the way into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.

4Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Add any optional toppings immediately before chocolate sets.

5Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until chocolate is fully set. Serve and enjoy!
