How to make sincronizadas

🌮 Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese (Oaxaca, mozzarella, or cheddar)
  • 1 cup shredded chicken, beef, or sliced ham
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup refried beans
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños, diced onion, bell pepper strips

    Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each tortilla.

    Spread warm refried beans on the mayo side of two tortillas.

    Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook sincronizadas for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and cheese is melted.
