🍕 Ingredients
Pizza:
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
White Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

1Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and place on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.

2Make the white sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth and thickened. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3Spread white sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Top with half the cheese and all the bacon.

4Create 4 small wells in the toppings. Carefully crack one egg into each well.

5Sprinkle remaining cheese around the eggs (avoid covering the yolks).

6Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden, cheese is melted, and egg whites are set. Serve immediately!
