🥔 Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and shredded
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can tuna fish, drained
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

1Peel and shred potatoes. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

2Finely chop onion. Drain tuna fish well.

3In a large bowl, combine shredded potatoes, onion, cheese, eggs, tuna, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

4Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Scoop portions of the mixture and flatten into patties in the pan.

5Fry for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with sour cream or applesauce!
